BRouter

Primary routing engine: BRouter by Arndt Brenschede, licensed under the MIT License.

OpenRouteService

Routing and directions by OpenRouteService (Heidelberg University / HeiGIT), reached through the PeakTrail routing proxy. Used as a fallback routing engine.

Photon

Place search by Photon, an open-source geocoder maintained by Komoot, powered by OpenStreetMap data (ODbL). Used as the primary search engine.

Nominatim

Fallback geocoding by Nominatim, a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Overpass API

Trail and path data queried via the Overpass API. Based on OpenStreetMap data (ODbL).

Waymarked Trails
